Impronics Digitech is seeking a skilled Feature Analyst for a Payments domain role in Johannesburg. The position focuses on SWIFT payments, cross-border transactions, and Forex processes to translate business needs into functional specs and drive payment system upgrades.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams to deliver features, perform UAT, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years as Feature Analyst/Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Experience with SWIFT MT/MX messages.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience with payment platforms and Forex processes.

The role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting payment system enhancements, and ensuring seamless delivery of financial technology solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver features related to SWIFT messaging, cross-border payments, and Forex transactions.

Required Qualifications

Required Experience

• 3–6 years of experience as a Feature Analyst / Business Analyst in the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong experience with SWIFT (MT/MX messages).
• Hands-on exposure to cross-border payments and Forex processes.
• Experience working with payment platforms and financial systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
