Job summary

Impronics Digitech is seeking a skilled Feature Analyst for a Payments domain role in Johannesburg. The position focuses on SWIFT payments, cross-border transactions, and Forex processes to translate business needs into functional specs and drive payment system upgrades.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams to deliver features, perform UAT, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years as Feature Analyst/Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Experience with SWIFT MT/MX messages.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience with payment platforms and Forex processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment systems.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver features related to SWIFT messaging, cross-border payments, and Forex transactions.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Support system integration, testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions for payment and Forex operations.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and payment standards.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
