The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of vineyard workers, implementing vineyard plans, and ensuring all field operations are carried out efficiently and to a high standard. This is an on-site position requiring consistent presence in the vineyard to provide direct supervision, guidance, and quality control. You will play a crucial part in achieving the vineyard's production goals and maintaining the quality of grapes. The ideal candidate possesses practical experience in viticulture, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to best practices in vineyard management. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of vineyard workers, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Implement vineyard management practices as directed, including pruning, trellising, and canopy management.
• Monitor vine health, identify pests and diseases, and report findings to the Viticulturist or Farm Manager.
• Oversee irrigation schedules and ensure efficient water usage.
• Participate in and supervise harvesting operations.
