Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in Viticulture, Oenology, Agronomy, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in vineyard management, with a strong focus on premium wine production.
• In-depth knowledge of grape varietals, soil types, climate influences, and sustainable viticultural practices.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and budgets in an agricultural setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with modern vineyard technologies and precision agriculture techniques.
