Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; agriculture certificate advantageous.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience on a farm.
• Practical knowledge of cultivating crops relevant to the region.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of farm laborers.
• Understanding of basic farm machinery operation and maintenance.
• Good communication and attention to detail for Rustenburg operations.
