Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse workforce and leading teams effectively.
• Proficiency in farm management software and basic financial management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons in Tembisa.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with modern agricultural machinery and techniques.
