Responsibilities

• Develop and implement farm management plans to achieve production targets and financial goals.
• Supervise daily farm operations, including land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting.
• Manage and direct farm labor, ensuring efficient task allocation, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and agricultural regulations.
• Manage farm budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor crop health and yields, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production data, expenses, and inventory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
