Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven farm management or supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of crop cultivation, soil science, and pest management.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Proficiency with farm management software and agricultural technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement farming plans including crop rotation and harvesting strategies.
• Manage and supervise farm staff with training, guidance, and evaluations.
