You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of farm machinery, such as tractors, combines, planters, and other specialized equipment, ensuring their optimal performance and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, ploughs, planters, harvesters, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Follow detailed operational plans and instructions for fieldwork, ensuring accuracy in planting, spraying, and harvesting.
• Monitor machinery performance and identify any issues or malfunctions, reporting them promptly.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating machinery on the farm.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and produce as required.

Requirements
