Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate labour activities with the Head Grower.
• Monitor crop work and general farm operations.
• Ensure quality of work from the labour team.
• Oversee crop work and general farm operations
• Monitor and report on labour performance vs budget weekly
• Manage timekeeping and handle basic disciplinary matters
• Assist with problem-solving and operational challenges
• Ensure equipment is functioning effectively and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a neat, efficient, and productive farm environment
• Follow and communicate instructions clearly (verbal and written)
• Perform duties independently, with good judgement and adaptability
