Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Child and Youth Care, or related field (NQF Level 5+).
• Minimum 4 years of direct experience working with families and children in a support capacity.
• Experience in conducting family assessments and developing support plans.
• Strong understanding of child development, family systems, and child protection principles.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload within Richards Bay.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client records systems.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and assess family needs and circumstances.
