Job summary

FirstRand Limited: A Branch Advisor role within FNB POPs focuses on delivering a positive client experience in a high-volume environment. You will assess client financial needs, offer suitable product solutions, and manage ongoing relationships in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF standards.

You will build long-term client ties, educate customers on the correct channels, and uphold ethical conduct while pursuing personal and branch sales goals.

Qualifications

• FAIS and TCF compliance knowledge required with client-centric advice.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships for retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.
