Qualifications

Honours degree in relevant field (Management, Economics, Commerce).
Six years’ experience with at least two in management (HR, finance, facilities).
Strategic planning experience and stakeholder relations management required.
Experience in fundraising and financial administration.
Project management experience essential.
Experience with accreditation processes and governance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and administrative support to the Dean and Faculty leadership.
Coordinate faculty-wide projects and initiatives and monitor progress.
Support in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource alignment.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures against plans.
Support delivery of the Faculty’s strategic plans and performance monitoring.
