Job summary

TFG (The Foschini Group) is seeking a Soft Services Coordinator to ensure efficient operations of FM soft services including cleaning, catering, and waste management. The role focuses on reviewing contracts, achieving SLA targets, and maintaining strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include vendor performance monitoring, budget management, procurement support, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 3–5 years of soft services experience in Facilities Management.
• Code 08 driver's license is required.
• Strong financial acumen is expected for budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SLAs through site inspections and performance scorecards.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly meetings with service providers.
• Manage budgets (Opex & Capex) and implement cost containment strategies.
• Source and negotiate supplier quotes to balance quality and cost.
• Support RFPs and RFQs with accurate data collection.
• Ensure compliance with OHS, environmental, and regulatory standards.
