Job summary

CampusKey Student Living is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team and elevate our student accommodation service. You will oversee maintenance functions, lead a multi-member team, and ensure exceptional service across several on-site locations.

You will coordinate preventative programs, supervise daily upkeep, manage contractors, and optimize costs while delivering a high-quality living environment for students.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience overseeing the maintenance function.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Excellent communication, organization and writing skills.
• Self-starter who works without instruction.
• Able to solve practical problems using reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget and execute annual preventative and service programs.
• Plan, schedule and execute daily room maintenance.
• Administer and report on daily room and communal area maintenance.
• Source stock, control inventory and purchasing.
• Oversee large-scale maintenance and renovations projects.
• Manage on-duty roster and coordinate with service contractors.
• Monitor and reduce operating costs and optimize utility usage.
