Standard Bank Group is seeking a Facilitator for Learning in Personal & Private Banking, Western Cape. You will design, facilitate and evaluate learning programmes to support business objectives across geographies, with a focus on digital learning and experiential delivery.
The role requires 5–7 years in Learning, facilitation experience, and qualifications in HRM or behavioural science, with assessor/moderator credentials.

To support a positive workforce experience for Group Centre of Expertise/designated business units/corporate functions/geographies, by facilitating learning programmes to address requirements for Personal & Private Banking, Western Cape. Partner with stakeholders to understand learner needs & deliver data-driven insights, pertinent to the CoE, for decision making.
Interpret current requirements & shifts in Centre of Expertise practice, implementing end-to-end, standard learning solutions, prioritising & ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives whilst addressing needs.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum NQF6 qualification in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science/ Business. In addition, Facilitation, Assessor and Moderator certifications.
