Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar F&B / Commercial Manager role.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance or similar financial systems.
• Knowledge of cost control, procurement, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Lead F&B commercial strategy to drive revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Use Oracle Finance for cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Generate reports for management and board meetings.
