Extrusion Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Scheduling daily and weekly production runs to meet customer delivery goals and optimize output.
• Team Leadership: Managing, training, and mentoring a team of extrusion operators, supervisors, and helpers.
• Process Optimization: Monitoring machine performance to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize plant downtime.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all finished products meet technical specifications and maintaining strict adherence to ISO or other industry standards.
• Maintenance Oversight: Coordinating with maintenance teams for preventative upkeep and rapid breakdown resolution of extrusion machinery.
• Budget & Resource Management: Controlling operational expenditure, managing raw material inventory, and providing quotes for new projects.
