Job summary

Montana Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Factory Manager & Sales Reps for joinery (wood), aluminium windows and doors manufacturing in Gauteng. The role requires hands-on management of workshop machinery, site measurements, and active sales activities with strong client liaison.

Fluency in Afrikaans and English, reliable, and able to handle high work pressures with minimal supervision. A valid vehicle is preferred and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing manufacturing, carpentry and installations workflows.
• Ability to take site measurements for final designs and drawings.
• Proven sales generation, quotes, and closing of sales with site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support workshop with hands-on machinery operation.
• Take measurements on sites and convert to final designs.
• Generate leads, quotes and close sales; visit sites as required.
• Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
