Responsabilités

• Operate a passenger bus safely according to routes and schedules in Cape Town.

• Adhere to traffic regulations and safety protocols.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to strict schedules, maintaining a clean and safe passenger environment, and demonstrating excellent driving skills on various road conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a passenger bus safely and efficiently according to designated routes and schedules in Cape Town .
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus, ensuring all safety equipment is functional.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing helpful information and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain a clean and orderly passenger cabin throughout the shift.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or passenger concerns to management immediately.

Requirements

• Valid Code 14 Driver's License with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a bus driver.
• Excellent knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding road networks.
• Strong commitment to passenger safety and customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
