Job summary

Mowlem Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead international infrastructure projects. You will plan, coordinate, monitor and control programmes to deliver complex schemes safely, on time and within budget across multi-site locations.

Experience in the Caribbean, LATAM or West Africa is highly desirable. You will supervise cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards through bidding, planning, mobilisation and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, airports, industrial parks, etc.).
• Regional experience in West Africa, Caribbean or South America.
• Strong construction knowledge and engineering background.
• Engineering degree or chartered status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Agree project scope, objectives, timescales and costs with partners.
• Create a detailed project plan with schedules and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
• Control documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage project compliance reviews and inform senior management.
• Flag issues early and update plans accordingly.
