Job summary

You will sit at EXCO level, lead a growing team of developers and QA, set technical direction and drive high standards across the software lifecycle from idea to production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large software teams and shipping reliable software.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to operate at executive level and drive technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from first idea to final deployment.
• Leading, mentoring and growing a team of senior, intermediate and junior developers, plus QA and test resources.
• Setting the technical direction and reviewing code to keep standards high.
