Job summary
KORAKHOA SOLUTIONS in Midrand, South Africa is hiring a Senior Client Portfolio Manager to drive commercial success and delivery excellence for software engineering clients. You will lead executive relationships, oversee governance and strategy, and ensure revenue growth and client satisfaction across a portfolio of engagements.
You will manage senior delivery teams, collaborate with sales and architects, and focus on continuous improvement and high-performing delivery of software services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 10+ years in Software Engineering or Technology Consulting.
- 5+ years managing enterprise client portfolios.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary software delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted executive relationships with client stakeholders.
- Act as executive sponsor for the assigned client portfolio.
- Align technology solutions to business objectives and strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead governance forums and executive reviews; own portfolio health metrics.
- Oversee delivery across engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
- Mentor Delivery Managers and client-facing delivery professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern software practices.
