• Manage cultivation activities: planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting.
• Oversee maintenance and efficient use of equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead and train a large farm workforce and supervisors.
• Implement health, safety and environmental policies.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers and regulators as required.
