Responsibilities include managing production, quality, and budgets while mentoring a team and ensuring top-tier safety and hygiene standards. This is a senior, high-visibility position in a premier catering and events company.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or equivalent in high-end catering, hotel, or fine-dining.
• Distinguished culinary degree or qualification in pastry arts.
• Strong portfolio of high-level pastry creations showcasing creativity and skill.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor a team.
• In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, flavor profiles, and dessert design.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of innovative pastry menus for all catered events.
• Oversee pastry kitchen operations, production, quality control, and presentation.
• Mentor and train pastry chefs and assistants; promote a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and planning teams on bespoke dessert experiences.
