You will manage pastry production, mentor junior staff, ensure top quality and food safety, and collaborate with chefs and event planners to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional pastry chef experience in high-end catering or hotel environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing pastry skills including cake decoration, viennoiserie, chocolates and plated desserts.
• Formal culinary or pastry arts qualification from a recognized institution.
