Job summary

Mayfair Gearbox is seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership across all sites. You will align with the Board to set goals, drive growth, and ensure fiscal sustainability while fostering a high-performance culture.

The role requires a strong track record in the motor industry, MBA preferred, and 10–15 years of corporate experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership. You’ll oversee all departments and engage with key partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years corporate experience, with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership in the motor industry.
• Proven track record in scaling operations, revenue growth, or organizational transformation.
• Strong understanding of technology and management information systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
• Provide regular updates to the Board on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability.
• Hire, mentor, and lead executive leadership and develop high-performing culture.
• Represent the company to stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
• Identify market trends and diversification opportunities.
