Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work/Child and Youth Care or related field.
• An additional management qualification is highly recommended.
• Proven management experience at a senior level (minimum 5 years) in a non-profit or residential care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme planning, coordination and management to ensure a safe, professional and nurturing environment for traumatised children.
• Oversee human resources, including staff performance and discipline.
• Manage budgets, expenditure and assets to ensure financial sustainability.
• Liaise with donors, stakeholders and the community to fundraise and build partnerships.
• Represent the centre internally and externally to uphold its mission and standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
