Job summary

ADvTECH seeks an Executive Head to lead campus academic and commercial strategy across three schools, driving sustainable growth and stakeholder value. You will align teaching quality with brand standards, oversee timetables, finances, and student outcomes, and partner with marketing to raise community profile.

You will manage staff performance, succession planning, and operations, ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment and strong market position for the campus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in education or equivalent.
• PGDE or B.Ed required, with strong management focus.
• Postgraduate qualification in policy/curriculum development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus budgets and drive value for customers.
• Monitor financial KPIs and debt collection processes.
• Oversee academic strategy, timetabling and resource planning.
• Lead brand awareness through marketing liaison and events.
• Manage human capital and performance reviews.

Education

Undergraduate degree (NQF 7)

PGDE or B. Ed

Postgraduate qualification (NQF 8) in Management Policy Development or Curriculum Development
