Job summary

IQ-EQ in Cape Town seeks an Executive, Finance Administrator (6m FTC) to support the preparation, review and delivery of high-quality financial statements while providing administrative and office management support.

You will work with Directors and Managers to meet client deadlines, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong client relationships. This position is a maternity cover for six months and offers comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Matric qualification and administrative qualification are required.
• Experience in financial reporting is preferred, with background in accounting advantageous.
• Knowledge of the financial services environment and related regulatory context is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format and deliver high-quality financial statements from Excel to Word-based reports.
• Perform quality reviews of financial statements including spelling, grammar and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting frameworks, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managers to meet client deadlines and maintain relationships.
• Assist with office administration, receptionist duties and general PA tasks.
