Qualifications

• This role requires proven Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in high-end hospitality/events.
• Strong banqueting experience including weddings, functions and large-scale events.
• Exceptional culinary and presentation skills with menu development ability.
• Hands-on leadership to develop and mentor kitchen teams.
• Deep knowledge of food cost, stock control, procurement and kitchen operations.
• Ability to consistently deliver high standards under pressure.
• Passion for seasonal, locally sourced and innovative cuisine.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant culinary qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations for high-end events from the front of the house to back of house.
• Develop and implement menus, costing and procurement strategies for events.
• Mentor and develop kitchen staff, ensuring safety and quality standards.
