Placements24 is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager in Sandton to lead the electrical engineering department and drive strategic initiatives. You will mentor engineers, oversee concept-to-production delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires a Master's in Electrical Engineering (MBA a plus) and 10+ years in EE with 3+ years in leadership, delivering complex projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing complex electrical engineering projects and product development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of power systems, control systems, embedded electronics, and related technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Sandton.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and products from concept to production.
