Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years in senior living with management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and, where required, facility license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with OSHA and safety procedures.
• Manage P&L and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead sales, marketing, and occupancy strategies.
• Direct community operations and employee supervision.
• Represent the community to residents, families, and regulators.
