Staff Solutions in South Africa is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and stewarding operations, craft innovative, culturally diverse menus, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team, set KPIs, manage annual budgets, and drive cost control and waste reduction while ensuring strict food safety compliance and audits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, with HACCP certification.
• Minimum 8 years of culinary leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience managing large teams in high‑end hotels, cruises, or residences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic direction for kitchen and stewarding operations.
• Develop innovative, diverse menus and standard recipes.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and food cost control.
