Qualifications

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative, seasonally-inspired menus that align with the establishment's brand and cater to diverse palates.
• Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory, procurement, food preparation, and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards in line with health regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Control food and labor costs effectively through diligent inventory management, waste reduction, and efficient scheduling.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient table management, and timely service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably as an Executive Chef with significant management responsibilities.
