Key Responsibilities
  • Inbox Management: Manage the CEO's inbox, draft responses, prioritize emails, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain a high‑level calendar, schedule meetings, set reminders, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Task Prioritization: Understand task urgency, clarify deadlines, and ensure timely completion or follow‑up without needing to be chased.
  • Project Support: Assist with small tasks and workflows, particularly in tools like Airtable, Notion, and CRM platforms.
  • Initiative & Autonomy: Take ownership of tasks, ask clarifying questions, and close open loops without requiring micromanagement.
