Job summary

Riseup Management is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO with diary management, travel planning, and meeting coordination. You will manage confidential communications, prepare reports and presentations, and coordinate Board and stakeholder engagements to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and schedule optimisation.
  • Manage the CEO's correspondence, communications, and confidential documentation with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, agendas, minutes, and other executive documentation for meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, Board meetings, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring logistics and follow-up actions are managed.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Coordinate communication with operational management, corporate teams, investors, government officials, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor action items from executive meetings and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
  • Assist with planning and execution of strategic projects and business improvements as directed by the CEO.

  • Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with blue-collar site managers and white-collar investors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO\'s correspondence, communications, and confidential documentation with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, agendas, minutes, and other executive documentation to support meetings and strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate executive meetings, Board meetings, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring all logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions are effectively managed.

  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.

  • Coordinate communication and engagement with operational management, corporate teams, investors, government officials, service providers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Monitor action items arising from executive meetings and ensure timely follow-up and completion of deliverables.
