You will work with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities and risks within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in software implementation, professional services, or consultancy roles.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and validation.
• Experience translating client requirements into technical specifications and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement MRI Evolution core products in line with scope and project plans.
• Deliver project outputs including configuration, dashboards, reports, and supporting docs.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical specs and practical solutions.
• Validate and manipulate data to support implementation, reporting, and issue resolution.
