Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated Merchandise Booth Cashier to join the Merchandise team for festivals and events. You will handle transactions at booths, assist with displays, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering excellent customer service in a high-energy setting.

Responsibilities include setting up booths, processing sales, and maintaining orderly, safe work areas throughout events; travel to events is required, and background checks will be conducted as part of hiring.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows.
• Travel is required to and from work location; lodging is not provided.
• Must successfully pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise purchase transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Count in all product received and count out at end of show.
• Help set up merch booth and product displays as guided by management.
• Input products into the cash register to maintain accurate inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and relations.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and organization during festival or event.
• Follow all safety and theft prevention procedures.
• Execute day-to-day tasks as needed.
