Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking an experienced events professional in South Africa to plan and deliver B2B exhibitions from concept to completion. The role requires coordinating with Operations, Marketing, Content, Finance and Sales to ensure seamless execution.

You will manage budgets, forecasts and cost control, driving revenue through space sales, sponsorships, and new commercial opportunities. Build lasting exhibitor partnerships and lead cross‑functional teams to meet tight deadlines.

• Relevant qualifications in the Hospitality field.
• Proven experience managing B2B exhibitions or events.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget management experience.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines.
