Help Bring Extraordinary Events to Life

Are you ambitious, proactive and energised by moving quickly ?

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international events and experiences company creating exciting live experiences across global markets.

They're looking for an Event Bookings Associate to help identify new venue opportunities, build relationships, secure bookings and get new shows launched.

This is not a traditional events administration role .

It's a high-output, commercially focused position where you'll spend a significant amount of your time researching venues, conducting outreach, following up, negotiating and turning opportunities into confirmed bookings .

The team operates at serious pace, with new shows sometimes going from venue sourcing to launch within just a few days.

We're therefore looking for someone who can move quickly, communicate brilliantly, stay organised and keep momentum without needing to be chased .

You don't need years of events experience. We're open to candidates from sales, business development, operations, project management, partnerships, hospitality, events or similar fast-paced environments .

What matters most is your attitude, energy, commercial instinct and ability to get things done .

The role follows UK working hours, Monday–Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM UK time .

This translates to:

You'll work closely with the UK team throughout most of your day, while also communicating with venues and partners in Australia and New Zealand .

Expect approximately one hour of calls per week with Australian or New Zealand contacts. You'll have flexibility over when you schedule these calls to accommodate different time zones.

For example, you could schedule calls between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM South African time , which falls in the late afternoon or early evening in parts of Australia.

There is no expectation of regularly working early mornings or late evenings beyond your agreed schedule, but flexibility is important when coordinating with international venues .

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working across international time zones, can plan their schedule effectively and is happy to communicate with contacts in Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with the international bookings and operations team, helping the business expand into new cities, venues and markets.

Your goal is simple:

Find opportunities → start conversations → secure the venue → get the show launched.

You'll manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, work towards clear targets and collaborate with teams across operations, marketing, advertising, content and events.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility early in their career and enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

  • Research and identify new venues and locations.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to venue owners, operators and managers.
  • Use AI tools, templates and systems to make outreach more efficient.
  • Build relationships with potential venue partners.
  • Follow up consistently and proactively.
  • Manage multiple conversations and opportunities at once.
  • Identify new cities and markets that could work for the business.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach and opportunities.

  • Communicate confidently with external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate practical booking requirements.
  • Keep momentum across opportunities and outstanding actions.
  • Identify blockers early and find solutions.
  • Balance speed with accuracy.

Once a venue is secured, you'll help coordinate the information required to get the show live.

You'll work across:

  • Operations
  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Content
  • Social
  • Staffing

You'll help ensure information moves quickly between teams and that nothing gets stuck.

Expansion & Process Improvement

  • Join a rapidly scaling international events business.
  • Help expand into new cities and markets.
  • Work on exciting live experiences across global markets.

  • 20 days annual leave + 8 UK national holidays + additional Christmas leave.
  • Additional annual leave for length of service.
  • Birthday off every year.
  • Maternity and paternity leave policies.
  • Complimentary access to live events and experiences for yourself, family and friends.
The Team

You'll join a young, ambitious international team working across bookings, operations, marketing, advertising, content and events .

The business is scaling rapidly, with new shows and markets being launched continuously.

It's a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where speed, ownership and personality matter .

If you're someone who wants to work hard, learn quickly and have a visible impact , you'll fit right in.

Ready to Build Something Big?

If you're ambitious, proactive, commercially minded and excited by working at speed , we'd love to hear from you.

You don't need a decade of events experience.

We want someone who is hungry, energetic, organised, persistent and ready to get stuck in .
