Remoteva Ph is seeking an Estimation & Plan Takeoff Specialist to analyze architectural and engineering drawings and produce accurate material, labor, and cost estimates. The role supports bidding, budgeting, and execution with precise quantity takeoffs and well-documented estimates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–3 years of estimation experience, and strong skills in PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Excel to ensure reliable project takeoffs and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in estimation, quantity takeoff, or related construction roles.
• Proficiency in digital takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
