Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in premium-segment projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory docs (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DED, etc.).
• Good English language skills and knowledge of local regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Assess the technical condition of premises, engineering and low-current systems.
• Prepare forecasts and estimates for repair and construction costs.
• Approve design projects and work scope with the client.
• Analyze and adjust repair/construction work estimates.
• Interact with the client or client’s representative to resolve issues during project execution.
• Coordinate and supervise all work processes at the site.
• Obtain necessary permits from community management and Dubai Municipality.
• Provide technical supervision of work execution on site.
• Maintain reports and documentation workflow.
• Manage project communications and correspondence with all participants, prepare official requests and meeting notes.

Responsibilities

Requirements
