Qualifications

• Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 4 years of estate planning, wills, and trusts experience.
• Proven ability to draft wills, set up trusts, and administer deceased estates.
• Strong knowledge of South African estate law and tax implications.
• Excellent client-facing and empathetic communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and research tools.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
