Job summary

We are seeking an ESG Specialist to join our Shared Value and Sustainability Department. Under the Manager: Social Programs and ESG, you will support the operationalisation and implementation of the Group’s ESG Strategic Framework and coordinate ESG activities and reporting.

You will provide subject matter guidance to the ESG Committee, translate frameworks into actionable insights, and assist business units in monitoring ESG/ESD initiatives and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ESG or related fields.
• Relevant qualification (NQF Level 6+).
• Experience with ESG reporting and governance reporting.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support operationalising and implementation of the Group’s ESG Strategic Framework.
• Coordinate ESG activities and reporting across the Group.
• Provide subject matter guidance to ESG governance and committees.
• Translate frameworks into actionable ESG insights for cross-functional teams.
• Assist BUs to monitor and measure ESG/ESD initiatives and governance reports.
