Job summary

Sage seeks a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to accelerate revenue growth for Sage 300cloud across Africa and the Middle East. You will own the full sales lifecycle, identify opportunities, and close complex ERP deals with C-suite stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Based in Johannesburg with a three-day-a-week office presence, you will collaborate with regional teams to expand market share in Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing B2B sales role with consistent achievement of sales targets.
• ERP software sales experience in Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution sectors.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders and present solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including business proposals and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering against regional revenue objectives.
• Drive New Customer Acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential prospects.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with proactive opportunity generation.
• Build and strengthen partner relationships to drive joint sales initiatives and revenue growth.
• Engage with executive decision-makers to understand business challenges and present compelling value propositions.
