Job summary

Schauenburg Systems is seeking a senior leader to drive the Group digitalisation and business-systems portfolio, aligning ERP, BI, integrations, automation and approved AI tools with measurable business priorities. You will govern data, security, and governance for ERP and AI use, lead project delivery from concept to implementation, and ensure effective user adoption across Finance, Operations, Engineering and IT.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

7+ years in ERP, business-systems or digital transformation with 3+ years in leading projects.
Strong manufacturing ERP experience with MRP, BOMs, routings, inventory and production knowledge.
Experience delivering digital projects from concept to implementation including change management.
Experience managing multiple projects with budgets, timelines and risks.
Experience with Power BI or equivalent dashboards and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

Govern manufacturing ERP environment including MRP, BOMs, inventory and production.
Implement and govern data governance, ownership, access and retention.
Manage AI and LLM controls, tool registers and usage approvals.
Lead digital project portfolio from business case through adoption and benefits tracking.
Oversee BI, reporting, data integration and data-model governance.
Ensure change, release, and adoption with rollback plans.
