Boardroom Appointments in Gauteng seeks a seasoned Digitalisation Manager to lead the Group's digital transformation across manufacturing and engineering operations. You will own ERP governance, BI platforms and data governance, balancing innovation with security and reliability.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive projects, manage integrations, AI tool governance and continuous improvement, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in IT, engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in ERP, business systems or digital transformation.
• Strong manufacturing ERP experience – essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's digitalisation and business systems portfolio.
• Manage manufacturing ERP governance, including MRP, BOMs, routings and inventory management.
• Oversee data governance, information protection and master data management.
• Govern Power BI or equivalent BI platforms and data integrations.
• Champion AI governance, risk management and change control across digital initiatives.
• Drive digital project and portfolio management from concept to post-implementation review.
• Promote continuous improvement through automated digital solutions.
