Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks a Cutover Lead to drive pre-cutover, cutover, and post-cutover Go-Live activities for ERP deployments. You will define strategy, checklists, and work plans to activate new systems including 3rd party integrations.

You will lead workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risk and logistics across multiple rollout cycles. The role requires proven ERP cutover leadership, vendor management, and the ability to work remotely with global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record on large ERP programmes.
• Experience leading cutover activities across Go-Live.
• MS Dynamics 365 cutover experience is an advantage.
• Vendor interaction and tracking experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develops a detailed cutover checklist and integrated plan across all streams.
• Conducts workshops and documents the consolidated cutover plan.
• Ensures integration between streams to form a single plan.
• Manages cutover and conversion deliverables, resolving issues.
• Plans resources and Go-Live staffing and logistics.
• Develops command centre and escalation documentation.
• Provides status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensures entry/exit criteria and stage-gate audits.
• Leads Go-Live and Post-Go-Live activities for multiple cycles.
