Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or environmental services industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and sanitation best practices.
• Ability to train and motivate a team; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning and sanitation staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work assignments.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the use of equipment.
• Inspect work areas to ensure they meet established standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for cleaning staff.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning services for special events or projects.
